Blue Flame are proud to be a supplier to Lotus Cars of Hethel. Our history with Lotus goes back four years, when we were asked by the 340R design team to produce a silencer which halved the weight of the original design.
This was achieved by using a combination of 304 grade stainless steel and grade one titanium. The resulting silencer achieved the desired result in terms of weight and also produced a welcome improvement to the sound created by the Lotus tuned "K" Series engine.
Blue Flame continues to enjoy a strong relationship with arguably the UK's most influential historical racing contributor.
