TVR are Blue Flames largest OEM customer at present, we supply 100% of there model range with performance exhaust systems made at our facility in Skelmersdale.

Four years ago in 1999 Blue Flame were approached by TVR to produce an exhaust system in stainless steel, with key specific design requirements being, Performance, Weight, and above all a sound synonymous with the famous TVR marque.

With this in mind and a very tight development window Blue Flame set to work on their most ambitious exhaust engineering project to date.

Utilising the highest flow "metal" cats and a complex header design Blue Flame were able to give the John Ravenscroft designed straight six engine the flow characteristics to release all 350 horses contained in the all alloy engine.

However, the power was only part of the brief - as previously mentioned the sound was critical. After many prototypes we settled on a combination of carbon fibre rear silencers and a free flowing intermediate silencer section, giving both the weight saving and of course that now ledgendary TVR straight six roar.

Blue Flame continues to enjoy a tight working relationship with arguably the worlds most flambouyant car manufacturer.
