Blueflame Performance designs and builds custom motorcycle exhaust systems at our workshop in Hixon, Staffordshire. Every silencer is made to order using CNC-machined components and premium stainless steel, titanium and carbon fibre, then finished to your choice of outlet style, colour and sound.
Most systems are built in two to three working days and come with a purchaser’s lifetime warranty on stainless steel and titanium. With options for more than 300 models from Aprilia to Yamaha, you get an exhaust matched to your bike — and tuned to the fit, sound and look you want.
Blueflame has been building motorcycle exhausts since 1994, when the brand was founded in Skelmersdale. In the early 2000s it launched the original EVO silencer, whose machined, removable baffle system proved hugely popular with riders. In 2016 the Blueflame name, patterns and tooling moved to Hixon, Staffordshire, where Blueflame Performance now designs and manufactures its full motorcycle range — the EVO system included.
Made in Britain — every exhaust is hand-built to order in our Staffordshire workshop, never imported off the shelf.
Built for your bike — pick from single, twin, carbon-tip or tri-oval outlets in stainless steel, ceramic coated satin black, titanium or carbon finishes.
Sound you control — our proven EVO design, introduced in the early 2000s, uses a machined removable baffle so you can tune the tone and volume to suit you.
Lifetime warranty — covering our stainless steel and titanium systems (excludes carbon products, merchandise and accessories).

SOCIALS & REVIEWS
Keep up with the latest builds, jobs and company news – and see what riders say about us. If we have built something for you, a review is always appreciated.
Just a few of our recent custom motorcycle exhausts fitted on-site, unfortunately you cant see the big smiles on the owners faces – but trust us when we say the looks, sound, and performance of these exhausts is a massive upgrade and the reason why customer’s keep coming back to us!
Before You Order
Common Questions
The things customers ask us most before ordering. If yours is not here, call the workshop on 01889 221854.
How do I know a Blueflame exhaust will fit my bike?
Every system is made for a specific model and year range, so you choose your bike first and we build to that application. We list more than 300 models from Aprilia to Yamaha. If yours is not shown, call 01889 221854 and we may still be able to help.
Will I need a remap after fitting?
No remap is required. We do recommend a dyno test to get the best from the system, but the exhaust is built to work with your bike as standard.
Can I hear what it sounds like before I buy?
Yes. Product pages carry reference recordings for each outlet configuration, so you can compare tone and volume across single, twin, carbon tip and tri oval before choosing.
Can you fit it for me?
Yes. Free onsite fitting is available at our workshop in Hixon, Staffordshire. Call 01889 221854 to arrange a slot.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our stainless steel and titanium systems carry a purchaser lifetime warranty. It excludes carbon products, merchandise and accessories.
How long will my exhaust take to build?
Most systems are built in two to three working days, as every one is made to order rather than picked off a shelf.
